Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that a penalty of Rs. 40,000/- has been imposed on the Bank by Assistant Commissioner of State Tax - Bihar state for the matters mentioned in the below table.
