Todays Board meeting held on 30-04-2024 approved the Reapoointment of Mr.Asheesh Dabriwal as managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years from 30/04/2024 to 29/04/2029 with a revised Remuneration Agreement and Todays also approve the reappointment of Mr.Buddhadeb basu & Dr. Subrata Haldar as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for period of 5 years from 30/04/2024 to 29/04/2029 (all three person retired from the Board on 31/03/2024 and hence same all three person reappointed on 30/04/2024 subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM/EGM etc.)
