Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the Audited Financials Results together with the Independent Auditor's Report from our Statutory Auditors for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024 along with a Declaration that the Independent Auditor's report is free from any qualifications. The said results were taken on record by the Board at its meeting held on 30th April, 2024.
