We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 30th April, 2024 has recommended for consideration of the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 13th August, 2024 for payment of dividend of Rs. 25/- (previous year Rs.15/-) per Equity Share. The dividend, if sanctioned, at the Annual General Meeting will be made payable to those members whose name stand in the register of members of the Company on 06th August, 2024.
