The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 10.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.49 per cent at Rs 39.09 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.17 per cent to Rs 29.53 crore from Rs 24.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.68 per cent at Rs 0.62 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.34 per cent to Rs 9.55 crore as against Rs 13.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.67 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 22.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.94 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore (Mar'23 Rs 3.13 crore).
