Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that in view of cost optimization at Garment division, operations of Faridabad Unit situated at 12/4, main Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana-121003, has been consolidated with operations of unit situated at A-37, Sector 64, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301, with effect from 1st May, 2024. Further, after consolidation of the said Unit, the lease shall be discontinued with effect from the aforesaid date.
