The Board of Directors of RCCPL Private Limited, wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company at their Board Meeting held today i.e., on 2nd May, 2024 has approved restructuring of the scope of second phase expansion of existing capacity of grinding cement plant at Kundanganj. Expansion in capacity as per the revised scope includes installation of new cement grinding line (mill No. 3) at the Kundanganj unit of RCCPL .
