As per Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board has also fixed 14th May 2024 as the ""record date"" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
