The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.02 per cent at Rs 18.32 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.42 per cent to Rs 13.84 crore from Rs 14.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.60 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.71 per cent to Rs 4.48 crore as against Rs 3.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.32 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 12.04 per cent at Rs 1.21 crore (Mar'23 Rs 1.08 crore).
