The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.30 per cent at Rs 77.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.05 per cent to Rs 75.18 crore from Rs 64.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3800.00 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.27 per cent to Rs 2.37 crore as against Rs 2.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.85 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 49.06 per cent at Rs 0.79 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.53 crore).
