The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 75.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.92 per cent at Rs 15.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.21 per cent to Rs 14.80 crore from Rs 15.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 950.00 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.53 per cent to Rs 0.97 crore as against Rs 2.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 58.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 175.00 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.04 crore).
