The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.70 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.83 per cent at Rs 41.78 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 38.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.43 per cent to Rs 33.66 crore from Rs 30.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 162.50 per cent at Rs 2.31 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.69 per cent to Rs 8.12 crore as against Rs 8.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.37 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 20.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.61 crore, while Taxation increased by 166.67 per cent at Rs 1.44 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.54 crore).
