The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 74.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.40 per cent at Rs 23.62 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.32 per cent to Rs 21.26 crore from Rs 21.99 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 151.32 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 60.20 per cent to Rs 2.36 crore as against Rs 5.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.87 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 59.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 39.34 per cent at Rs 0.74 crore (Mar'23 Rs 1.22 crore).
