The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 56.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.89 per cent at Rs 706.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 727.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.23 per cent to Rs 713.00 crore from Rs 641.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 942.86 per cent at Rs 73.00 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 7.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 108.14 per cent to Rs -7.00 crore as against Rs 86.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 108.37 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 12.00 crore (Mar'23 Rs 20.00 crore).
