Ms. Gopalakrishnan Saranya has tendered her resignation from the post of Compliance Officer of the Company due to personal reasons and commitments.\r\nThe management has accepted her resignation and accordingly she is relieved from her duties and responsibilities with effect from the close of the business hours on 9th May, 2024.
