As per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015 every listed company shall be required to submit\ disclosure of related party transactions\on the date of publication of its standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the half year. \r\nThis is to inform you that, read with Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the above mentioned provision shall not be applicable to the Company as the Paid-up Share Capital is Rs. 4,56,44,350/- which is less than Rs. 10 crores and Net Worth of the Company as on 31st March, 2024 is Rs. 14,89,84,000/- which is less than Rs. 25 crores.
