Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an order from Appellate Authority Chattisgarh wherein the department has dropped the proceedings against the Company for ITC mismatch by confirming appeal and rejecting the impugned order dated January 23, 2024 imposing penalty of Rs. 0.06 Million. The details as required under the SEBI Regulations read with Circular dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed herewith.
