P C N & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Registration No. 016016S), vide its letter dated 21st May, 2024 which is received by the Company today i.e. 21st May 2024, have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company effective immediately for the reasons stated in their communication.
