Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 21st May, 2024 have appointed Ms. Upasana Babel as an Additional Independent Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 21st May, 2024.
