This is to update that the date of closure of the Rights Issue, which opened on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and was scheduled to close on Friday, May 24, 2024, has now been extended from Friday, May 24, 2024 to Thursday, June 13, 2024, by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.
