The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.00 per cent at Rs 49.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.76 per cent to Rs 42.85 crore from Rs 43.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 525.00 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.50 per cent to Rs 6.62 crore as against Rs 6.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.55 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 72.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.66 crore (Mar'23 Rs 1.66 crore).
