The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 121.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 152.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.03 per cent at Rs 2,673.30 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,569.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.61 per cent to Rs 2,256.21 crore from Rs 2,156.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.38 per cent at Rs 14.00 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 11.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.03 per cent to Rs 417.09 crore as against Rs 412.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.92 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 34.49 per cent y-o-y to Rs 103.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.74 per cent at Rs 40.88 crore (Mar'23 Rs 54.32 crore).
