The Board of Directors at their meeting held today have:\r\n\r\n1. Approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.\r\n2. Recommended a dividend @ 75% i.e. Rs. 7.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
