Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 23.05.2024 have recommended a dividend of Rs.12/- ( 12% ) per equity share of Rs.100/- each for the year ended 31.03.2024.
