The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.37 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 10.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.98 per cent at Rs 57.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.19 per cent to Rs 45.47 crore from Rs 51.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 221.31 per cent at Rs 1.96 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 20.11 per cent to Rs 12.08 crore as against Rs 15.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.16 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 6.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 12.25 per cent at Rs 3.51 crore (Mar'23 Rs 4.00 crore).
