The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 35.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 38.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 7.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.79 per cent at Rs 757.14 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 653.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.85 per cent to Rs 706.00 crore from Rs 609.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.10 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 16.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.08 per cent to Rs 51.14 crore as against Rs 44.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 34.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.73 per cent at Rs 6.94 crore (Jun'23 Rs 9.22 crore).
