Please refer to our intimation dated 29th May, 2024, inter alia, informing that the Hon'ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh vide its Judgment dated 28th May, 2024, had allowed the writ petition filed by JSW Hydro Energy Limited ('JSWHEL') and directed the Government of Himachal Pradesh ('GoHP') and its instrumentalities to align the provisions of the Implementation Agreements entered into between JSWHEL and GoHP with the provisions of the CERC Tariff Regulations, 2019 in respect of the quantum of free power to be supplied to the State of Himachal Pradesh ('High Court Judgement').\r\n\r\nIn this regard, we hereby inform you that the GoHP has filed a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India challenging the High Court Judgement.
