The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 69.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 76.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.48 per cent at Rs 141.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 136.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.47 per cent to Rs 55.27 crore from Rs 50.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.46 per cent at Rs 29.56 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 24.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.02 per cent to Rs 86.08 crore as against Rs 86.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.38 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 8.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 75.63 per cent at Rs 30.70 crore (Jun'23 Rs 17.48 crore).
