The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 151.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.44 per cent at Rs 65.07 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.32 per cent to Rs 56.05 crore from Rs 47.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 2.55 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 1.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 83.33 per cent to Rs 9.02 crore as against Rs 4.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 47.55 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 16.55 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 147.19 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore (Jun'23 Rs 0.89 crore).
