We wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th August, 2024 recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Chandrashekhar Rajaram Kulkarni (DIN 02279811) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday 19th September, 2024.
