The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.80 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 7.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.74 per cent at Rs 46.97 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 53.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.82 per cent to Rs 34.26 crore from Rs 43.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 25.88 per cent at Rs 3.21 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 2.55 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.97 per cent to Rs 12.71 crore as against Rs 10.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 45.43 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 45.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.99 per cent at Rs 2.12 crore (Jun'23 Rs 1.91 crore).
