The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.01 per cent at Rs 5.51 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.85 per cent to Rs 4.70 crore from Rs 4.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.03 per cent at Rs 10.33 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 9.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 325.00 per cent to Rs 0.81 crore as against Rs -0.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 258.75 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.58 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore (Jun'23 Rs 1.86 crore).
