The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 23.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.59 per cent at Rs 87.10 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.79 per cent to Rs 69.14 crore from Rs 61.85 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.86 per cent at Rs 10.32 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 16.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.21 per cent to Rs 17.96 crore as against Rs 16.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.96 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 80.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 18.29 per cent at Rs 7.15 crore (Sep'23 Rs 8.75 crore).
