The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.91 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 223.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.42 per cent at Rs 40.71 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.69 per cent to Rs 37.97 crore from Rs 32.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 92.42 per cent at Rs 1.27 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.84 per cent to Rs 2.74 crore as against Rs 2.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.17 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 4.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 313.33 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore (Dec'23 Rs -0.30 crore).
