The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.53 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 46.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.23 per cent at Rs 262.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 360.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.27 per cent to Rs 242.35 crore from Rs 300.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 120.56 per cent at Rs 2.36 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 66.55 per cent to Rs 20.31 crore as against Rs 60.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.04 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 285.11 per cent at Rs -0.87 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.47 crore).
