The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 457.18 per cent at Rs 20.17 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 481.90 per cent to Rs 20.25 crore from Rs 3.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 157.14 per cent to Rs -0.08 crore as against Rs 0.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 110.18 per cent in December quarter.
