The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 13th February, 2025 has adopted and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024, a copy of which is enclosed in compliance to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015.
