The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.95 per cent at Rs 39.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.51 per cent to Rs 38.57 crore from Rs 43.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 55.28 per cent to Rs 1.10 crore as against Rs 2.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 48.79 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 124.32 per cent at Rs -0.09 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.37 crore).
