The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.26 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.51 per cent at Rs 11.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.47 per cent to Rs 9.89 crore from Rs 12.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 30.64 per cent to Rs 1.63 crore as against Rs 2.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 84.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.65 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.51 crore).
