Dhabriya Polywood Ltd said that it has received a work order/Letter of Intent (LOI) from Puri Construction Pvt. Ltd. for the supply and installation of uPVC windows and doors.

The total contract value, including GST, stands at Rs 3.67 crore, the company said in a BSE filing.

The disclosure, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is enclosed as Annexure A.
