This is to inform you that today, on April 1, 2025, the Company has received a cautionary email from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) regarding delayed submission of the Proceedings of the Annual General Meeting held on September 10, 2024, advising further dissemination of the email over the Stock Exchanges where the Company is listed and to place before the Board of the Company, as annexed.
