Bhandari Hosiery Exports Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve raising long term Equity funds through a fresh Rights Issue with an objective inter alia to reduce the present secured debts of the company and to support the operations of the Company with Additional Working Capital.
