The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.41 per cent at Rs 20.13 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 64.31 per cent to Rs 16.30 crore from Rs 9.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 19.88 per cent at Rs 1.37 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.82 per cent to Rs 3.83 crore as against Rs 6.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 50.80 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 27.18 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.95 crore).
