The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.15 per cent at Rs 64.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.31 per cent to Rs 60.71 crore from Rs 39.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 12.78 per cent at Rs 9.28 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 10.64 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 13.44 per cent to Rs 3.93 crore as against Rs 4.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.59 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 36.88 per cent at Rs 4.09 crore (Mar'24 Rs 6.48 crore).
