The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 124.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 151.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.24 per cent at Rs 316.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 327.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.27 per cent to Rs 135.66 crore from Rs 133.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 54.49 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.36 per cent to Rs 181.22 crore as against Rs 193.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 11.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.96 per cent at Rs 44.74 crore (Mar'24 Rs 31.74 crore).
