Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 24A and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company, today, 02.05.2025, inter- alia approved the appointment of SEP & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025- 26, subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
