The Company had amended \Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI\ and \Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of Designated Persons\, which has been approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting dated 02.05.2025.
