The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.78 per cent at Rs 1.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.15 per cent to Rs 0.63 crore from Rs 0.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.87 per cent to Rs 0.59 crore as against Rs 1.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.95 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 62.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 112.50 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
