The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.57 per cent at Rs 25.77 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.01 per cent to Rs 23.23 crore from Rs 23.95 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.13 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.26 per cent to Rs 2.55 crore as against Rs 6.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.03 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.27 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.26 crore).
