Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL) announced on Wednesday that its board has approved an allocation of Rs 5 crore for the repair and maintenance of the DND Flyway, a crucial arterial link between Delhi and Noida.

In a statement, the company emphasized that despite facing significant financial constraints, the decision was made in the larger public interest to uphold safety and ensure smooth travel for the more than two lakh daily commuters who rely on the flyway.

The planned maintenance work includes micro-surfacing of the remaining sections and repairs on parts of the Delhi side of the flyway, reinforcing NTBCL’s commitment to maintaining the infrastructure’s safety and efficiency.
